Chad Follis D.D.S.
Dr. Chad Follis attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for his undergraduate studies where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry in 1999. While there, he was awarded the Pierre Fauchard award for most outstanding clinical performance and served as the President of the Honor Council. Following his graduation, Dr. Follis served as an associate dentist for one year before opening his Franklin practice in the fall of 2000.
Dr. Follis is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, which emphasizes the continued pursuit of excellence in cosmetic dentistry. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Nashville Dental Society. Dr. Follis is actively involved in the Pinnacle Study Club, which is a collaborative effort of local dentists and specialists to provide complex restorative dentistry to patients who otherwise could not afford treatment. His passion is to provide beautiful and exceptional dentistry in a warm and friendly environment.
Dr. Follis serves as a deacon at Clearview Baptist Church. He is married to his wife of 10 years, Darby, who is also a dentist. They have a daughter, Grayson, and enjoy spending time together as a family.
