• Split Payment for multiple appointment series. Payments for procedures that require more than one appointment may be divided into an initial payment of 50% with the remainder due at the beginning of the final appointment. • No or low interest payment with no down payment necessary in most cases. Free of charge, our team will prepare insurance paperwork and mail it for you.
