When he’s not in the office, Dr. Follis loves spending time with his lovely wife and dental partner, (Dr. Darby B. Follis) and their beautiful children, Grayson and Griffin. Chad also loves sports—playing tennis, exercising and cheering on his alma mater (UT).

Dr. Follis is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, which emphasizes the continued pursuit of excellence in cosmetic dentistry. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and the Nashville Dental Society.

Dr. Follis was an honors graduate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry. While there, he was awarded the Pierre Fauchard Award for Most Outstanding Clinical Performance.

Dr. Follis is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and focuses his expertise on cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He is certified in Durathin® veneers and is licensed to offer oral sedation.

His professional focus and expertise is on cosmetic and restorative dentistry; and Dr. Follis is highly praised for his gentle technique.
